Born in North Dakota, Dr. Schonberger later moved and was raised in Broomfield, CO. He attended the University of Colorado at Boulder receiving a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering and then attended the University Of Colorado School Of Dentistry, receiving his D.D.S. degree in 1982. He was a general practice resident at the Salt Lake City Veteran`s Administration Hospital for 1 year. He moved to Brush, CO in 1983 and has been practicing at the same location (with several remodels!) ever since. He was accepted as a diplomat in the American College of Dentists in 1998. This is an honor reserved for only 3% of active dentists nationwide. He is married and has two children. His outside interests including skiing, camping, fly fishing and recreational aviation.
